I-Tip extensions are very similar to K-Tip extensions because they are both a strand by strand method, but no heat or adhesive is used to adhere I-Tips. Instead, a small bead is used to connect the natural hair and the extension.
I-Tips are installed by pulling a small hair strand of the natural hair through a small micro ring close to the root area. An I-Tip extension is then placed in the bead and clamped closed with special pliers. Since the I-Tip is positioned close to the root, it moves seamlessly with your natural hair.
I-Tips can be ordered in a standard or micro size tip. Any length can be custom ordered, making these a great fit for any hair type. I tip hair extensions are great for increasing hair volume, thickness, and improving hair texture. They work incredibly well for very fine hair since they lay so flat against the head and can be installed close to the hairline, where fine hair typically needs volume the most.
